Terms & Conditions

Rental Requests & Booking

All rental requests are submitted through our website or Dubsado booking system. A rental is not confirmed until you have received an official invoice and paid the required deposit.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested inventory is unavailable or if the delivery location is outside our service area.

Deposits & Payments

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date.
The remaining balance is due by the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Payments are processed securely through Dubsado/Stripe.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Delivery, Setup, & Pickup

Delivery is available within our service radius and is included for eligible areas. For locations outside that radius, delivery fees may apply and will be shown on your quote.

Setup and teardown are included for most items unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may apply for complex or custom layouts.

Customers must ensure that:
• The delivery area is clear, accessible, and safe
• Grass, dirt, gravel, or concrete areas are prepared as needed
• Tents can be safely staked or weighted depending on the site

If the site is not ready upon arrival, extra fees or delays may occur.

Customer Responsibility & Item Care

Renters are responsible for all items from the moment they are delivered until they are picked up.

Please ensure all rented items:
• Are protected from weather damage
• Are not left near fire pits, grills, or other hazards
• Are used for their intended purpose only

Any lost, damaged, or missing items may result in replacement fees.

Weather Policy

For tent rentals, weather may affect setup. High winds, lightning, unstable ground, or unsafe conditions may require postponement or cancellation of setup for safety reasons.

If unsafe weather prevents setup, Social Seats will work with you to find a solution, but safety will always come first.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel within 72 hours of delivery, the full rental amount may still be due, as the inventory was reserved and unavailable for other customers.

Photo Use

Social Seats may take photos of event setups for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please let us know before your rental date.

Limitation of Liability

Social Seats is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse of rental items or unsafe site conditions.

By renting from us, you agree to use all items safely and responsibly.
